Fault phenomenon one: the solenoid valve does not work after electrification
How to rule it out:
Whether the power connection is bad → re-connection and connection of the plug;
Whether the power supply voltage is in ± operating range-→ adjusted to the normal position range;
Whether the coil is out of welding → re-welding the coil short circuit → replace the coil;
Whether the working pressure difference is not suitable → adjust the pressure difference → or replace the proportional solenoid valve;
Fluid temperature is too high → replace the proportional solenoid valve;
The impurities cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to get stuck → carry out cleaning,
Liquid viscosity is too high, frequency is too high and life has been → replacement products.
Fault phenomenon two: solenoid valve can not be closed
How to rule it out:
Main valve core or iron core seals have been damaged → replacement seals;
Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → change the corresponding solenoid valve;
There are impurities into the solenoid valve production spool or moving iron core → cleaning;
Spring life has been to or deformation → replacement;
Throttle hole balance hole blocking → timely cleaning;
Working frequency is too high or life already → Change product or update product.
Other malfunctions:
Internal leakage → check whether the seals are damaged, whether the spring assembly is poor
Leakage → Loose at the joint or the seal is Broken → tighten the screw or replace the seal
When the power is on, there is noise → the head of the firmware loose, tighten.
Voltage fluctuation is not allowed, adjust the voltage.
Iron core suction surface impurities or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.
Fault phenomenon three, the solenoid valve does not reverse
If the solenoid valve core or slider can not be moved, and fixed in a position, then the air conditioning refrigeration or heating can not be converted to each other. Generally the most common fault for only cooling, can not heating, and cause air-conditioning anti-blow cold air protection, outdoor machine operation, indoor machines do not blow hot air, show fault lights after shutdown.
Four, solenoid valve coil short circuit
The solenoid valve coil has too much current due to short circuit when the air conditioner is running, and it can burn the fuse on the main control board or cause tripping.
Five, solenoid valve slide deformation
If the slider deforms, even if the solenoid valve coil is electrified, the guide valve core will not move, thus causing the slider to reverse not in place, making the valve body internal string gas, compressor high-pressure gas to form a short cycle, cause high temperature, high pressure, until frequent thermal protection, and eventually burn out the compressor insulation layer. For the system as a whole, the high pressure of the globe valve leaks to the low pressure side, reducing the high/low pressure difference. Often performance is not cooling, not heating or poor results.
Causes and troubleshooting:
Solenoid valve coil open circuit, short circuit or burned, the valve core can not be absorbed, causing the slide does not move. Should be replaced. The solenoid valve armature is stuck, the valve core can not move, causing the slider does not move. The valve body can be opened for cleaning adjustment.
When the power supply voltage is below the rated value of the solenoid valve, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the solenoid valve exceeds the ability to open the valve. The power supply should be improved.
Solenoid valve installation reversed, resulting in valve heart inactivity. The flow should be adjusted. System high temperature, high pressure and impurities in the machine, causing slider deformation, stuck. Should be replaced for good.
Remanent magnetism attracts the valve core or the valve core is jammed, after the power off the solenoid valve can not be closed. Cleaning adjustment, such as replacement of ineffective. Solenoid valve gasket damaged or loose fastening screws, causing refrigerant leakage. Change the gasket and tighten the screws.
The capillaries on the valve are blocked or broken, or the slider is not moving due to serious leakage of the system. Clean capillaries or bushing with copper tubes slightly larger than the broken capillaries. There are dirt in the valve, damaged seat or needle, and the spring force is too small, causing the solenoid valve to close loosely. Clean and adjust or replace springs.
In addition, if the valve internal leakage, causing high-pressure refrigerant gas to the low-pressure side of the leakage, can not make the valve piston at both ends of the establishment of normal pressure, should replace the valve.
If the pressure difference in the refrigeration system is too large to reverse the valve, it is necessary to check the refrigeration system pressure or to find leakage points, and to fill the refrigerant. If the four-way valve slide does not move or do not move in place, check the judge can use a screwdriver wooden handle end, gently tap the valve body, and from time to time turn on or off the AC 220V Power Supply, repeat several times, when hearing the sound of armature absorbing and closing and the sound of gas reversing in the valve body, the reversing valve can be judged to basically resume normal work.
